Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products andpackages before you pay the balance.
Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Usually, it takes 30 days after receiving the advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the products and order quantity. Sometimes we have some items in stock.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We can provide a one-year warranty for our machines，we will supply parts free of charge within the warranty scope.
Q: How do you control the quality before delivery?
A: First, our component suppliers will test the products before shipment.
In addition, our quality control team will test the performance and running speed of the machine before shipment.we sincerely invite you to come to the factory to inspect the machine in person or we will take a video to record the testing process and send it to you. Q: Can you make the machine according to buyer’s request?
A: Yes, OEM is accepted. Most of our machines are customized according to customers’ requirements and situations.

Q1: Can your machines be customized to our specific production requirements?
A:Yes, absolutely. Over 80% of our equipment (such as our high-precision hot presses and automated assembly lines) is custom-engineered. We design and manufacture based on your URS (User Requirement Specifications). Our engineering team will provide a 3D layout and technical proposal for your approval before production.
Q2: What is the positioning accuracy of your servo presses?
A: Our standard servo press positioning accuracy is ±0.01mm with closed-loop feedback (linear encoder or grating ruler). For ultra-precision applications (e.g., medical device assembly), we can achieve ±0.005mm on request.
Q3: Can your press be integrated with our existing MES system or robotic production line?
A: Yes. We provide industrial communication interfaces including RS485, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA.
What happens if the machine breaks down? How fast is your tech support?
We offer 24/7 emergency response. Our industrial machines are equipped with secure remote gateway modules (like Ewon). With your permission, our engineers in China can securely access your PLC over the internet to diagnose software issues and optimize parameters within hours. For hardware, if parts are under warranty, we ship replacements via DHL/FedEx within 48 hours.
What are your accepted payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% T/T as deposit to start engineering and production, and 70% T/T balance payment paid after successful factory acceptance testing (FAT) before shipment. For large-scale projects, we also accept 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from reputable international banks.
Q10: Are your machines certified for our country's safety regulations?
Yes. All machines exported to Europe comply with the CE Machinery Directive (MD), LVD, and EMC. For North America, we can supply components meeting UL standards. Please inform us of your local industrial compliance requirements during the initial inquiry phase.
